Counting one,two and three
Wondering what i can be
Words and words to rhyme
A poem i wrote just in time

Friends and flowers are n0t the same
Both seem to look beautiful with their name
The former fades easily out of sight
While the latter remains pretty as time goes tight

Sun and friends don't share the same
Though both of them brigthen our way
The one can't be seen and can't be reached
But the other can do all the opposites

If math suggests you find the x
Some Lovers say forget your ex
Oh pls. Don't tell, don't tell me why
Coz i forgot to integrate
with respect to y

I love these words they fly again
Just waiting to be caught and be gathered in
In lines and c0unts eight, nine or ten
And speak my mind, oh my dear friend.

Aftermath

It's been five full years and a quarter
Here I hold my ball point pen and a paper
After counting all the reasons and the causes
I was forced to make some pauses

Consistent inconsistencies
And now they're taking their toll on me
I ask that my mind and my heart to be in sync
writing while listening to some music

But oh, the melodies don't play the same as before
It's like taking every single note out till they're gone
I see all the nouns and verbs lay deflated at my feet
But then I'm still picking up words hopeful to get the beat

Tears often explain the words we couldn't speak
And it flows every time the emotion reaches its peak
No walls as strong as a mountain could stand
the avalanche of pain when it runs down

it rips us, breaks us into pieces
washes away the hope that fights to linger
shouldn't we look to what's remained?
surely there is rainbow after the rain

If i could gather all my broken hearts
I'm gonna give them all to you
Please do fix all its parts
Coz i wanna be made whole again
Make me whole again

As the moon shines in the dim night
So as your grace stands strong like the morning light
And faith works beyond all the sight
I know Lord that you will never leave my side

we bow our hearts

Sovereign God, we come before you today and we sense the desperation in our hearts and we feel the need to say forgive us for all the things that we've done; for despising what is dear to you, for neglecting your very words. For hurting the people you have created, for the sins and immorality of our generation, for hypocrisy in our churches, and we pray for your mercy, forgive us...forgive us.

This has been our cry; to see Your own special ways work mightily in our lives. We are crying that you visit us again, Good Lord revive us again. We are tired of our methodologies, of all our strategies, Oh Lord we want your way, we want it your way.... Come and stir up a passion in our hearts for you name, make us relentless and zealous for the works that would bring you glory and let your name be lifted high now and forever.

Add caption
We now look to your favor, strengthen us and make us able to carry your truth into the world with conviction. We need your grace because we are indeed weak and helpless, and we need you.

Forgive us for what we did in Your church. We have let our own standards caused division in your body and that's the reason why there are denominational barriers now a days. We pray and we bow our hearts... We want to see your Church be united again, singing with one heart, living with love  for all believers and having this one purpose; ....to glorify your name.

This is our prayer in the name of Jesus....Amen

a cool love letter- with a fitting reply..

A collegian was deeply in love with a foreign girl, whom he wanted to marry, but he did not have the courage to talk to her in person. So he decided to go home and with the aid of a dictionary, wrote a letter of proposal to her.

THIS IS WHAT HE WROTE ......

My Darling

Most worthy of your estimation, after a long consideration and much meditation, I have a strong inclination to become your relation.
As to my educational qualification, it is no exaggeration or fabrication, that I have passed my matriculation, no doubt without any hesitation and very little concentrated preparation. What you say to the solemnization of our marriage celebration according to the population of the present generation.

On your approbation of this application, I shall make preparation to improve my situation, and if such obligation is worthy of consideration and commiseration, it will be an augmentation of the joy and exultation of our joint dissimulation

Lay it all down...

You are a holy Nation

"You are a Holy Nation" (1 Peter 2:9)

Christians are a holy nation--a people set apart from sin and hell to an intimate relationship with God. Originally Israel was God's holy nation, but by unbelief she forfeited that privilege. Now the church, which consists of both Jew and Gentile, is His unique people, and will remain so until the nation of Israel repents and receives her Messiah at His return (Zech. 12:10).

Biblical holiness (sanctification) is often misunderstood, but it needn't be. When the Holy Spirit delivered you from the domain of darkness and transferred you into the kingdom of Christ, you became His special possession. That doesn't mean you're sinlessly perfect, but it does mean you're no longer a slave to sin, the devil, and death. That's positional sanctification. Practical sanctification is the decreasing frequency of sin and the increasing frequency of righteousness as you progress in your Christian walk.

Sanctification should not be confused with false standards of holiness, adopted by those who, like the Pharisees, attempt to be holy through external means; or, like the Stoics, have a passionless devotion to duty; or, like monks, isolate themselves from the world; or, like the quasi-Christian psychologists, replace sanctification with introspection, self-analysis, and improvement of one's self- image.

True holiness begins with a love for Christ Himself. That's what compels you toward greater sanctification. Peter said that you were "chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, that you may obey Jesus Christ" (1 Pet. 1:1-2). Christ Himself became to you "wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption" (1 Cor. 1:30). In Him you were saved, which is the beginning of sanctification, and in Him you have every resource necessary for progressing in holiness.

Dating is an option....Not a necessity.

Dating is an option....Not a necessity

"Much sexual temptation is generated by our social custom of coupling and isolating young people." -Randy Alcorn-

Christian couples are ought to be responsible in their dating and meetings, we must not think that we stand in a safer ground because we date christian who shares the same faith with us because we like the others are also prone to temptations.

(Here are some guidelines for dating excerpted from Randy Alcorn's book-The Purity Principle, pg. 75)

  • If you're a Christian, date only Christians ( see 2 Corinthians 6:14).
  • If you're a committed disciple, date only committed disciple
  • Christ is with you all evening--wherever you go and whatever you do.
  • Remember your date is your brother or sister, not your "lover" ( see 1 Timothy 5:1-2 )
  • Go out in groups not alone.
  • Focus on talk, not touch; conversation, not contact.
  • Avoid fast moving relationships or instant intimacy
  • Plan the entire evening in advance with no gaps.
  • Avoid set ups--never be alone: on couch, in a car late at night, in a house or bedroom.
  • Be accountable to someone about your purity.
  • Imagine your parents and church leaders are watching through the window. God is watching (see Jeremiah 16:17)
  • Write out your own standards and enforce them yourself--never depend on someone else.
  • Don't do anything with your date you wouldn't want someone else doing with your future mate.
  • Beware of the "moral wear down" of long dating relationships and long engagements. Once young people and parents agree on marriage, it's dangerous to wait longer than necessary ( see 1 Corinthians 7:8-9)

"This is not being radical, this is being wise" if you are a Christian who cares more on glorifying our Lord.. take heed and do these things.. God gets glory if we keep ourselves as well as the others pure, always remember " You are not your own; you were bought at a price, Therefore honor God with your body (1 Cor. 6:20)

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God. ( 1 Cor. 10:31- ISV) and "dating" is included in everything...:)

By Grace and Grace alone

"We are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone"

An important quote from 16th century reformers that summed up the works of God for our salvation.

Well, how does this single, often used  yet beautiful noun change the way Christians in the past and present generations and those to come live?

I think maybe not ALL, but MOST beautiful nouns that you will find at Mr.Webster's book can not equal to what grace can offer.

"It is a hope for the broken, a healing for the wounded, a chance for the disappointed,  a food for the dissatisfied, an encouragement for the tired and it's the love that makes us alive."

Its recipients; they are those that we consider not good for it carters much those that are ill-stricken, those mourners, those aggrieved, those whose hopes are shattered by circumstances, those who are willing to surrender, those who have given up pursuing good works to reach heaven and call to God instead and those who admit that they are sinners and that their only hope is the grace of God.

Then the worst sinner in the world can find shelter like Paul who claimed the title did find rest in the arms of the loving God, so you too, if you feel so lost and think that God has given up on you, you better think differently just for one reason, one reason..Jesus came to seek and to save the Lost. ( i am thankful that He found me)

We have heard from the Bible that Salvation is by grace and grace alone through faith in Christ alone and not by works of the law.

There is one important sense in which we are saved by works, but those works are not our works. They are the works of our Savior, the God-man Jesus. We appropriate His righteousness by faith and His imputed righteousness is sufficient to cover all our sins and to cleanse us so that we are able to stand before a Holy God. Just as His righteousness is imputed to us, our sins are imputed to Him. He bore them on the cross.

Integrity

Earlier today around 3:00 in the afternoon, while waiting for the program to start, I opened my Bible and read the passage on Matthew chapter 24 and as i scan through its verses I sensed the need to stop because i saw Pastor Philip Flores (UPC) approaching, then he asked "san church ka?sa frontline ba? I told him "Pastor, sa Triumphant po, kay Pastor Charlie" he smiled, tapped my shoulder and then left to greet the Pastor next to me.. Being second to the youngest Pastor in the crowd and to think that it is our first time to attend gathering like that with Pastors in our City, made me a little intimidated.. I felt like surrounded by strong people, respected and veteran in preaching and ministry. I looked around and saw some familiar faces and some i do not know then i looked again to my Bible and continued reading. The message is about the second coming of Jesus Christ and what will going to happen before hand, Matthew is telling as to be on watch because we don't know the hour of Christ's coming. Fortunately I finished the 25th chapter before the call time to start the Praise and Worship. After that, Pastor Philip stood and spoke the message, it is about the word which all the people in the whole wide world i could bet to have compromised several times, no one is exempt, everyone often forgets, "INTEGRITY" yes, you have read it right.. The exhortation was short, in fact he read only 3 verses but then again the word of God never failed to pierce my heart, obviously everything is exposed in the light of the word of God. He went on reading 1 Timothy 4:12 and then jumped to verse 16. The message was clear enough to awaken what have been sleeping in my life. I started to mind the things that i have done before, tracked the trails that i have walked before, assessed the ways that i have lived before and it came out that i have compromised my integrity many times in many ways. My conscience has always been my great judge and at that very moment i was found guilty. Humbled, i prayed within my heart for forgiveness.

One main reason why the 5 wise virgins and the servants were rewarded in Matthew 25 is because they lived with Integrity until the end.

Think differently. live wisely... Integrity matters..:)

God bless guys..:)

Poem^^,

Relentless waves like your endless grace that never stops until I'm caught in your embrace

Your mercy, like the waters that cover the sea
is much greater than what the naked eye can see

I don’t wanna go back to the shore
And stand on the sand where stood before
Though I am stranded here at the core
Here I find You, Here I find You more.

If in Your ocean I swim
I wish not to wake up on this sweet, sweet dream
As you drown me deep into your heart
You bathe me clean in my inmost part

Celebrating Youth Life

Passionate Youth Reaching Out^_^

Young people from Triumphant Christian Gospel International Ministries, (Philippines) called to do the works of Him who chose us..With the knowledge of the grace and the love of God for us, it  leaves us then to worship, and to fear, and to revere Him who deserves the highest praise from all creation. Come to Christ

Come to Christ!!

God made all things beautiful in His time, very good as He saw them at creation, nature was in perfect harmony with each creature, man had peace in the presence of his Creator but all of the sudden one day disobedience was committed and sin became the central activity of human race until today. Man became totally depraved; man became morally sinful and acts against the will of God. If you truly examine your heart and ways you will find that nothing in your human will and works can bring glory to God. The history of such misery will be traced back from the fall of the first man Adam. No wonder why we who are living today and those who lived before us are subject to incline to sinful desires of this world because we belong to this long genealogy line of people that would point us back to Adam and Eve, as our Great great-grand parents.

It easily entangles, it corrupts the heart, it demolishes the moral standard, it is not pleasing to the eyes of men and of God, it depresses the mind, its ways lead us straight to hell, it is tiring. These describe SIN and though we know them, we always find ourselves falling into it. Oh I almost forgot it is also deceptive, satan had been working thousand of years before we were born and had mustered every scheme for our very own weaknesses.

“It only takes one sin to call a man a sinner”. Remember, how many times did Adam and Eve sin before they were cast out from the Garden of Eden? ONCE, (oh that Awesome Holiness of God).

The Bible boldly states that all have sinned, and the world proves the statement is true by its actions and immorality. Why is there violence? Why is there a war? Isn’t it because people live in anger and forget to love? Sin is rampant in the place of prosperity and even in the most hidden tribes of the jungle you could find people doing what is declared by law to be wrong.

There are of course consequences of sin; every born man is spiritually and physically separated from God. Everyone who sins cannot touch the HOLINESS of GOD though he works hard as far as his strength and human goodness can reach, by no means, he won’t and could not satisfy the justice of God. The reason why you feel hurt, lonely, longing, empty, sick and dying is because of the consequences of sin in your life. Everyone who sins is a perfect candidate to hell and that punishment is real.

This is the desperate condition of men.  We neither need Superman nor any Heroes known to this world because they could not save us from the wrath of God. This is the bad news that CNN, BBC, and NEWS TV should broadcast but they give little emphasis on this matter and the worse; don’t even bother to talk about these things.
These truths present big problems to us who would like heaven after all; if this is so, what action should be done to escape this catastrophe? Is there a remedy?

The Hope of this fallen world is found in the BIBLE. The Word of truth and the powerful Word of God. God knew from the beginning that man has no capability to save his soul. Some desperate measures need desperate solutions and God made the way. He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ into the world, to save the LOST. The goodness of the Good News is in Jesus Christ.

We know from the scripture that the fame of Christ’s ministry has spread throughout the whole region of Jerusalem and made the jealous Pharisees to accuse Him of being a nuisance to what we can call an orderly man- made religion.
And there Jesus at the cross, gasping for air, beaten, mocked, and alone. Where were those people that pronounced Jesus as their King at the Triumphal entry at Jerusalem? The people He fed, those He healed, those He freed, and those he chose. They were all gone and what made His heart more heavier was when God the Father turned His back on Him because the Father saw our sins on the sinless Christ . The company that He longed for was replaced by two thieves both deserving to be executed for their sins. One had the shameful audacity to throw insults at the sinless Lamb and persuaded Him to act accordingly for his good and be saved out from the cross while the other started with mocking but later realized that the Man whom the Jewish people crucified is indeed a good Man, God humbled him and later by believing Jesus received the promise of paradise right in that very moment.

To a dying person all things seem to be irrelevant except for the things that would assure him of a better afterlife, and what adds up to his misery is the fact that He lived sinful and will die without any chances to make some of his mistakes right, that’s exactly how we describe the situation of the thieves, they might possibly cry “if only I would have the chance, I’m going to live good but woe is me for in wickedness I chose to live and from wickedness I will die”

I don’t know how much relief this sinner had felt who by all reason must suffer for his transgression and yet received the Saving grace and the blessed assurance straight from the very mouth of Christ which makes me envious every time I read this account.

The Savior was near to them, both have witnessed the Messiah crying out at the top of His lungs to forgive the people, (where in the world can you find such a man beaten to death and in agony of being left alone and still have the heart to forgive and love?) They both saw How He was brutally nailed, suspended between the heaven and the earth. They heard all those ungrateful and blinded Jews’ shouts of insult and blasphemy and how Christ reacted with silence. The Savior was near to them, very near to them as He is near to us to these days. He offered to both His life and to all humanity, both had the privilege and chance for salvation but one was hardened and the other was humbled.

No mind could comprehend the love of God for the wicked people; despite the fact that He is Perfectly Just (for He cannot tolerate sin) still He did everything to save the people even though the price was the life of Jesus. If there were other ways  to save us perhaps God would spare the life of His Son, but as we all know Christ was crucified and His death was painful needless to say tragic. The punishment that should be poured out to men was laid upon Jesus. And the justice that God requires was met as Christ breathed His last on the Cross. The weight of Sin which we find difficult to overcome was overcome by Jesus and His blood washes away all our sins. Oh the greatness of Christ’s love.
“It is still a mystery to some and is revealed to some that unless the sinless Lamb die and His blood be shed there will be no remission of sins”

On the third day Jesus rose again, declaring the victory that he owns from the beginning to eternity. His death was not a loss but a fulfillment of the plan of redemption for His chosen people, predestined to live for Him and for Him alone. He is alive today working and interceding for the preservation of the saints and will come again someday to judge both the righteous and the wicked.
The risen Christ proved to all that no one under heaven had given the name to which we would be saved but only His name. And He is an enough Savior. God is sovereign.

He is alive, Hosanna in the Highest !!! He is alive. Honor and Power and Glory belong to our God.

What makes grace amazing is the fact that all people in every aspect is undeserving of His love but God being merciful looks on us with compassion, so amazing that we are in every bit  unworthy but have been  chosen that the depths of His love might be shown to all. We became partakers and heirs because of what Christ did, that’s grace; something that we don’t earn, but is freely given to us as a gift. Thank you Lord.

The appropriate response to grace is humility and thanksgiving and praise.

There is hope definitely……..Come to Christ, He is mighty to save!!!! God bless^^,
